- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
- Please arrive on time. A late arrival of 10+ minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation with feed applied.
