- At Aurora Salon, we value both your time and ours. To maintain a smooth and efficient experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service price. • No-shows will also be charged 75% of the service price.
- Legal Acknowledgment: By booking an appointment with Aurora Salon, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. All fees are non-refundable and are enforced in accordance with North Carolina business regulations.
