- Cancellation & Late Policy
- Your appointments are important to me! To ensure I can accommodate all clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows or cancellations after the scheduled start time will be charged 100% of the service.
- If you are running late, a 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled, or a $25 late fee may apply depending on whether the service can still be accommodated.
