I'm Elvi, a private nail tech based in Portland, OR since 2021! I specialize in hand-painted art and Korean/Japanese-style gel overlays.
I love helping people reach their healthy nail goals with love and attention! Every product I use is hand-picked and tested by me and is certified vegan, cruelty-free AND non-toxic.

- LATE/WAIT POLICY: Clients who are 15+ minutes late may be subject to cancellation or modification of their appointment, For example, removing or reducing art time if applicable. Clients who arrive late will be charged the full amount of the original booking regardless of what we end up completing.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments that are cancelled within 48hrs of service time will be charged 50% of the service booked. Appointments cancelled within 24hrs of service time will be charged 100% of the service booked. This also applies to no-shows. If art was added, art prices will be charged according to the mystery set-price of selected level. You will not be able to rebook until that balance is paid. Clients who repeatedly cancel last minute/no-show will be asked not to return if they continue to do so after receiving a verbal warning. Additionally, clients who cancel 2+ appointments in a row without rescheduling will have all future appointments removed from the schedule.
- Unfortunately there are no exceptions to these policies. It's not personal, booked appointments are how I budget my living expenses and last-minute cancellations affect me directly. Thank you for understanding!
