- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give a 48hr notice. Otherwise, there will be a 50% fee of the services booked. To cancel or reschedule, please do so online or you can text or DM me on my working days (Tues-Sat) Otherwise, I am off on Sundays & Mondays. - I understand that life happens and traffic can be unpredictable, that’s why there’s a 15-minute grace period.
- If you arrive within that window, I'll do my best to fit everything in but I may need to skip the blow-dry to stay on schedule.
- If you're more than 15 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule your appointment and a 50% fee will apply.
