- Cancellation Policy
- APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY Effective October 1st 2026
- 24-Hour Notice Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This gives me the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- New Client Chemical Service Deposit Effective immediately, all brand-new clients booking a chemical service are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
- Late Arrivals Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or service will be shortened to avoid impacting the appointments that follow. A rescheduling or cancellation fee may apply
- Emergencies I completely understand that unexpected situations happen. If an emergency comes up, please contact me as soon as possible. Emergencies will be handled case-by-case at my discretion.
- Please Respect My Time My appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect my ability to serve other clients and my business as a whole. These policies are in place to protect my time, maintain a consistent schedule, and ensure I can continue providing the quality of service my clients deserve.
