- If you are more than 10 minutes late: • Your appointment will be cancelled. • You will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee. • A deposit or 50% prepayment will be required to rebook future appointments.

- Cancellations
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service.
- No-Shows
- Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a 50% no-show fee.
