- We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours (one day) before the beginning of your appointment. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment, there will be a 50% fee charged to the card on file. If you do not inform us of the need to cancel or reschedule and fail to arrive to the appointment, also known as a "no-call, no-show," 50% of the price of the service(s) scheduled will be charged to the card on file. If you are 10 minutes or more late to the scheduled appointment, your appointment will include a late fee or be canceled with a fee of the full service price depending on scheduling. If you're going to be late, please inform us with a message to avoid a no-call, no-show cancelation.
