At Olive & Co Hair Studio, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both my time and other clients, the following policy applies:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. No grace period on Saturdays.
A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 60% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. • Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation fee. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or result in refusal of service.
