Recent work
- To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours or no call no-shows will be subject to a fee of 30% service price. If you cancel or reschedule more than two consecutive appointments before arriving, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the service price will be charged starting from the third occurrence and for any subsequent instances.
- Clients who no-show an appointment more than once, will not be allowed to book future appointments.
- Clients who arrive 10 or more minutes late will be subject to a late fee of $10 if the service is still able to be completed with the time left! If clients are going to arrive over 15 minutes late, appointment will be canceled with a 30% cancellation fee!
- I understand that emergencies happen, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes (fee not enforced if you communicate with me in advance!) Thank you for your understanding:))
