- I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things come up that require you to change your plans. I truly appreciate your time and commitment to your appointments, and I will always do my best to accommodate your needs. However, to ensure that my schedule remains flexible and fair for all clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- When an appointment is canceled with short notice, it becomes difficult to fill that spot, which affects both my business and other clients who may be waiting for an opening. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, a 20% cancellation fee may apply. This is to help respect the time I’ve dedicated to you and to keep things running smoothly for everyone.
- *No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service.
- I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I always want to be as understanding as possible. However, this policy helps ensure I can continue offering the highest level of service to all my clients.
- Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation! If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your understanding.
